Dr. James M. Johnson, Dr. Mike, graduated from University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 1977. He has practiced in Owensboro at his current location for more than 25 years.
Dr. Mike is an Owensboro native who was born and raised in Owensboro. He went to college at Murray State University and then went on to dental school. Since graduating from U of L, Dr. Johnson has maintained the most up to date techniques and knowledge to assist patients in maintaining excellent dental health as well as treatment of dental disease and problems. He regularly attends state and national meetings as well as educational sessions where the newest techniques are discussed.
Dr. Mike is an active community member. He has worked with the Boy Scouts of America, serving at the local and regional level as a council member and leader. He has been involved with the United Way.
He is also an active member of the local and state dental association and has served as President of the local chapter. He was the President of the Kentucky Dental Association for 2009-2010 and will serve the people of Kentucky in any way he can help.
